  • Basil

Basil contains magical compounds that help to stabilize uric acid levels, which makes harder for the kidney stone to form. It also contains acetic acids a chemical which is known to dissolve kidney stones.

  • Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar contains a good amount of citric acid that helps to dissolve calcium deposits. Two tablespoons containing apple cider vinegar mixed with 226 grams of water may reduce the symptoms of kidney stone and it also helps to prevent their further development.

  • Wheatgrass Juice

Wheatgrass juice increases urine production which in fact will help pass the stone through urine very smoothly. It also contains antioxidants which help to get rid of some accumulated salts and calcium from the urinary tract.

  • Celery Juice or seed

Celery is a very good source of antioxidants. It contains compounds that help to increase urine production. Daily consumption of Celery seeds can reduce the risk of developing a kidney stone.

1 to 2 stalks of celery can also be blended with warm water to create juice which is more beneficial than the seeds itself.

  • Kidney Bean Broth

Another way of taking benefit from these beans is to remove the beans from the pods and then slowly boiling the pods for 5 to 6 hours approx. The water that remains can be strained and served warm or cooled.

  • Pomegranate
